Final Order / Judgement

Record is placed before the National Lok Adalat as per order dated 19.02.2024 for settlement of the matter.

The Dhr is present and he submits that an amount of Rs.7,600/- is still due from the Jdrs.  It is also submitted by the Dhr that one DD bearing No. 991659 dated 12.01.2024 for Rs.42,400/- was handed over by the Jdrs to him on 19.02.2024.

It has been submitted for the Jdr on 19.02.2024 that Jdr will pay the balance decretal dues to the Dhr on the next date.

It reveals from the judgment dated 18.04.2023 passed in CC No. 37/2020 the Consumer Complaint was disposed of with direction to the OPs to refund the deposited amount of Rs.66,200/- after deducting Rs.3,800/- as per agreement along with a direction to the OPs to pay Rs.15,000/- to the complainant as compensation for causing mental agony, pain and harassment to the complainant.

In view of the above, the Jdrs are directed to pay the sum of Rs.7,600/- to the Dhr within 30 days from the date of this order.

Hence, the CDF Unit-II, EA No. 102/2023 is settled and disposed of finally through the National Lok Adalat.

If the Jdrs transgress to comply the order within the period as mentioned afore, the Dhr is at liberty to file appropriate application for execution of the same.
