The complainant –Farhad Hassan Mondal, Manager of Bogpur Union Adibashi Samabay Seva Samiti Ltd along with his Ld. Advocate is present. 

The Ld. Advocate for the OPs is also present.

A petition supported by an affidavit has been filed by the Ld. Advocate for the complainant wherein it is stated that the case being No. C.C. 16/2024 has been settled down amicably among the parties and now, the complainant has no grievance against the OPs and prays for disposal of the case.  

Heard .

As the dispute of the complainant has been sorted out amicably in between the parties, so the case as well as the M.A. case being No. 13/2024 may be disposed of.

Hence, it is

                                               ORDERED

that the Consumer Complaint No. 16/2024  be and the same is thus  disposed of as the dispute-in-question is  amicably settled down in between them.

As the Consumer Complainant No. 16/2024 is disposed of, so the M.A. case being No. 13/2024 is also disposed of.

 Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
