This complaint is coming on 09-10-2017 before us for hearing in the presence of Sri C.Sree Kumar, Advocate for the complainant and Sri A.V.Murali Krishna, Advocate for the opposite parties and this Forum made the following:
The complainant filed this complaint under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and prays to direct the opposite parties to pay an amount of Rs.19,115/- together with interest 24%p.a., to pay Rs.25,000/- towards mental agony and grant costs.

The complainant present. The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite parties for payment of Rs.19,115/-, with interest 24% p.a., and Rs.25,000/- towards compensation.
During the course of the enquiry, the complainant and counsel for opposite parties Sri A.V.Murali Krishan, present.
The complainant filed memo stating that he received an amount of Rs.17,810/- and endorsed on the memo withdrawing the complainant. The contents of memo were read over and explained the complainant in Telugu and admitted by him is true and correct and hence the memo filed by the complainant is allowed. In view of the allowing of the memo, the complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum. No costs.
