The complainant-Madhusudhan Mukherjee along with his Ld. Advocate is present. Aadhaar Card of the Complainant is also filed.
The Ld. Advocate for the OPs is also present.
Heard both sides.
The dispute in question, in between the parties, has been settled down at Rs. 3,00,000/- with full and final satisfaction of the complainant and the Ld. Advocate for the OP-LICI submits an A/C Payee Cheque bearing No. 623811 dt. 21.11.2024, amounting to Rs. 3, 00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh only) drawn on Axis Bank in the name of the complainant-Mahusudhan Mukherjee .
As the dispute is settled down with the full and final satisfaction of the complainant, so the case is disposed of.
Accordingly, it is
ORDERED
that the Consumer Complainant No. 92 /2024 be and the same is disposed of with full and final satisfaction of the complainant.
The complainant files a petition, identified by his Ld. Advocate, for withdrawing the said Cheque.
Let the said cheque be handed over to the Complainant with proper verification and receipt.
Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
