This complainant called absent.  No other representation.  Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed.  Hence passed it over to 12.45 P.M.

2. Neither the complainant nor the counsel for the complainant appeared even posted today and given several sufficient opportunities, while the opposite parties 1and 2 remained Ex-parte.  Failed to file the proof Affidavit.  Hence passed it over to  4.00P.M.

3. Complainant is called absent.  The counsel on record also not appeared in spite of sufficient time is given, the complainant has not chosen to file the proof Affidavit on his side, even the opposite parties 1and 2 remained Ex-parte.  It is clearly shows that the disinterest of the complainant in the further progress of the complaint.  Therefore there is no valid reason to prolong the matter further without any progress. 

4. Hence, considering all the facts and the failure of the complainant to file the proof Affidavit as his evidence towards the allegations averred in the complaint against the opposite parties 1and 2, this Forum is not inclined to proceed further.

In the Result, this complaint is Dismissed for Default.  No Cost.
