The complainant is found present in person and files hazira through her ld advocate agent.

 the Op files an a/c payee cheque bearing no. 010614 dated 21.12.2015 amounting to Rs.140000 drawn HDFC bank in favour of te complainant Shakuntala Singha.

 at that time ld advocate of the complainant files a petition for withdrawal of the cheque as stated above.

 the complainant files xerox copies of money receipt duly signed by herself and a xerox copy of voter identity card. let the cheque be handed ver the complainant on proper indentificationb by her conducting advocate,

 the copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost evenly complainant/op.

 the case is disposed of on full satisfaction.
