            This complaint filed u/Section-12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 prays to direct the O.Ps. to pay Rs.1,00,000/- being insurance amount with interest at 12% p.a. from the date of death, to pay Rs.1,00,000/- towards damages and compensation and to grant costs of Rs.5000/-.

                                                              .  

            This complaint coming on this day before us for hearing in the presence of                              Sri B. Rama Rao, advocate for the complainant and opposite party No.1 called absent and                      Sri D.V.R. Kiran Kumar, advocate for the opposite party No.2 and this Forum made the following:
