This is a complaint filed under section 12 of C.P. Act, 1986 praying to direct the opposite parties to pay sum amount of Rs.2,00,000/- for policy bearing No.644366728 Bima Kiran policy along with other benefits and interest @ 36% p.a. from date of death of the information of deceased i.e.,  3-5-2011 till the realization, to pay compensation of Rs.50,000/- for mental agony, deficiency of service and Rs.10,000/- towards costs of the complaint.

 

 This C.C. coming on before us this day in the presence of Sri M. Chennaiah Goud, Advocate, Mahabubnagar for the complainant and Sri K. Pratap Kumar, Advocate, Mahabubnagar for the opposite parties and the matter having stood over for consideration till this day, this Forum delivered the following:   

 

O R D E R

 

            Counters of OPs.1 and 2 not filed. At this stage, the petitioner filed a memo stating that the opposite party, since complied the order by depositing the amount of Rs.2,00,000/-, she is not pressing this complaint and as such the complaint can be dismissed as not pressed. The memo is accordingly recorded. In view of the memo filed, the complaint is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.  

 

   Pronounced by us in the open Forum, on this the 31st day of May, 2012.
