The complainant the ops no 2,3 and 4 are present. the complainant files counter to the preliminary objections of Ops.

Perused the petition on the point of maintainability objection and counter of the objection considered and come to the conclusion that ops are beyond the jurisdiction of this forum i.e. DCDRF siligui. so the case is not maintainable in this forum.
