The complainant Sumanta Samanta, himself, along with his Ld. Advocate is present.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant submits that the complainant has already got his a new Television set and now he has no grievance against the O.Ps.

Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant.

As the dispute of the complainant regarding the defective Television set has already been sorted out amicable in between the parties, so the case may be disposed of.

Hence, it is

                                               ORDERED

that the case be and the same is disposed of as the dispute-in-question is  amicably settled down in between them.

The Consumer Complainant being No.105 of 2023 is thus disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
