1. The Complainant filed this complaint challenging the bill given by O.Ps in Feb. 2023 for an amount of Rs. 1,93,205/- and disconnected the power supply to consumer A/C No. 416335410571 and D-22N-154(old) category LT-DOM.
2. The O.Ps in reply submitted that consumer No. 4163-3541-0571 has been allotted to Rabi Pani Since 08.09.20008 with permitted load of 2Kw and meter serial No. LW 626771. For irregular payment till April 2023 the arrears piles up to Rs. 1,95,202//-. It is a billing dispute and not maintainable before this Commission. The Complainant is not a consumer of the O.P. and case be dismissed.
3. Perused the documents filed by both the parties. The Complainant Smt. Rahi Pani W/o-Shankar Pani of Lapanga has filed this complaint. In the other hand consumer A/C No. 4163-3541-0571 is in the name of Sri.Rabi Pani and bill for January 2023 has been issued for Rs. 1,93,205/- from Physical verification Report dated 17.05.2023 it reveals that power supply was disconnected since last 3 years and on 17.05.2023 power was reconnected in presence of Prahallad Pani. Meter was replaced in Feb. 2019 and bill was revised from Feb. 2019 to September 2023 taking IMR 0Kwh as in Feb. 2019 and FMR 95 KWh. After adjustment the outstanding dues is Rs. 1,54,858/-.
4. The Complainant is a female whereas the recorded consumer is a male namely Sri. Rabi Pani. The Complainant is not a consumer of the O.Ps and accordingly this complaint is not maintainable and dismissed.
