            The case is taken up to-day. The O.P. representative submitted an account statement and stated that Rs. 5754.29P has been deducted/withdrawn from the account of the Complainant to-wards defective assessment from July 2021 to Nov. 2021. As it is admitted by the O.Ps and defect rectified, liberally the matter is taken into consideration. The Complainant is Senior Citizen and harassed by the O.Ps. Accordingly, for harassment the O.Ps are to pay compensation of Rs. 5000/- to the Complainant within one month failing which one month will carry 6% interest w.e.f. date of filing the complaint. The complaint is disposed of.
