Advocate for the OP Nos. 1& 2 appears through Vokalatnama and files a petition stating that the case has been fully settled down out of a compromise between the complainant and the OP Nos. 1 & 2 and files cheque bearing No. 003790 dt. 26.06.2024 of Rs.2, 09,000/- (Rupees two lakh nine thousand only) drawn on HDFC Bank in the name of Nandi Debidas .
Let the said cheque be kept with the safe custody of the office.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant files a verified petition stating that OP-Star Union Dai-Ichi Life Ins. Co. Ltd. has submitted an a/c payee cheque of Rs.2,09,000/- dt. 26.06.2024 being No. 003790 drawn on HDFC Bank in favour of Nandi Debidas and the complainant is ready to withdraw the said cheque today and prays for passing an order.
Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant. Perused the petition.

Let the cheque bearing No. 003790 dt. 26.06.2024 of Rs. 2, 09,000.00 (Rupees Two Lakh Nine Thousand only) be handed over to the complainant-Debidas Nandi on proper identification and receipt.
