Final Order / Judgement

Counsel for both the parties present. The matter is taken up before Upbhoka Lok Adalath.Compromise petition filed by both the parties.

The complaint stands closed as per the terms of the compromise petition.

The Opposite party shall pay Rs.24,099/- to the complainant within two months from the date of passing of this order.

Failing which the said amount will carry interest at the rate of 6% p.a. from the date of order till its actual payment.
