Both sides Ld. Advocates Settled the case and terms of settlement are valid, legal accepted,

Both sides Ld. Advocates filed a joined a petition on the ground stated there in.

Hard.  Considered and allowed the petition. 

The OP/Jdr files a cheque being No. 184149 amounting to Rs. 12,000/ (Twelve thousand) dated 10/02/2021.

The complainant files a petition for permitting him to withdraw the said cheque.

We find no impediment to allow the prayer.

Hence,

            Ordered,

                        that the petition dated 23/02/2021 filed by the Ld Advocate of the Complainant/ Dhr for withdraw the cheque No. 184149 amounting to Rs. 12,000/ (Twelve Thousand) dated 10/02/2021 be delivered to the Ld. Advocates of the complainant/ Dhr. on proper verification and receipt keeping Xerox of the same is allowed.

The cheque is received by the Ld. Advocates of the complainant / Dhr. on full satisfaction.

Let the present EA Case No. 11/2016 be dropped on full satisfaction.

The warrant issued earlier is here by recalled.
