[1]         The Complainant  and his Counsel is present filed application for taking the matter on today’s board.  Application is allowed. The matter is taken on today’s Board. 

[2]         The present complaint is a claim of theft of vehicle.  The Police Authority traced out the vehicle and had given the possession to the Complainant .  Therefore, the Complainant  does not want to proceed with the matter and withdraw the complaint. The Complainant  has filed the purshis hence, we pass the following order :-

1. Complainant’s complaint stands withdrawn.
2. No order as to costs.
3. The  Certified copy of this order be furnished to both the parties  free of cost.
4. The member sets (if any) shall be returned to the Complainant. In case, Complainant fails to collect the said sets within a period of 30 days from the receipt of copy of order, the same may be destroyed.
