      This complaint filed u/Section-12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to pay the claim of Rs.36.500/- to the complainant with subsequent interest at 24% p.a. from 12-03-2015 till the date of realisation or to replace the  same with  new one, to pay compensation of Rs.50,000/-, to pay the costs and such other further reliefs.

                                                              .  

            This complaint coming on this day before us for hearing in the presence of                              Sri A.V. Raghava Reddy,  advocate for the complainant and   Sri. Md. Rahimkhan, advocate for the opposite party No.1  and opposite party No.2 called absent and this Forum made the following:

Written Version of opposite party No.1.  The counsel for the complainant  has filed a memo stating that the case is settled out of  Court and hence it may be dismissed without costs.  It is recorded the same,  consequently as per memo, the case is dismissed without costs.
