Final Order / Judgement | PER HON’BLE MS.DR.RICHA SHARMA, PRESIDENT ORDER ON INTERIM APPLICATION DATED 19/09/2022 &18/10/2023 On perusal of documents; perusing application and on hearing both sides on the application, the application of the complainant sought that opponent nos.1,5 &8 jointly and severally with opponent nos.2,34,6,7. 1.To provide the approved plan details of all the shops. 2.To not create a third party interest of the shop at ground floor having 299 feet.(260 Sq feet &15% addl). 3. To pay Rs.12,000/- monthly for shop till the disposal of the complaint. Prima facie it appears that the application of the status quo should be granted. The interim application is partly allowed. ORDER - Opponent to provide the approved plan details of all the shops
- Opponent are restrained from creating 3rd party interest in the said premise.
- The opponents to pay to complainant Rs.5,000/- monthly for the premise till disposal of the complaint.
