Today is fixed for admission hearing.

The complaint is moved by the counsel.

Heard. Considered.

Perused the documents as filed by the complainant. On perusal of document of policy certificate documents as R/P 5 it is noticed under the clause of ‘’free look provision’’ if the insured wants to disagree with the terms and condition of policy he has to return the policy within 15 days of its receipt. Date of commencement of policy is on 23.01.2023.

We find through this complaint, complainant as insured want to terminate the policy when as per terms and condition time limit is over.

Accordingly as per contract paper or clause of R/P 5, 15 days already been over from the commencement of policy when this commission finds no reason to issue any notice to the OP no -1 as company, on admitting of the complaint.

Thus complaint petition is not admitted against OP no – 1.

In respect of OP no 2 complainant is directed to take proper recourse to law as per misguidance/cheating by OP no 2 as per para 2 of complaint peititon.

Thus the complaint is rejected for admission on the strength of its merit .

Let the record be send to record room with information to the Registrar.
