The complainant is personally present in the forum . O.P. No.1 is also present . The complainant and O.P. No.1 have jointly filed a compromise petition . Heard both of them in person . Both of them state that they have settled their dispute out of the forum and they do not want to proceed with the case any further . O.P. No.2 and 3 have not contested in this case . In view of the above facts now there is no case before us and we have nothing to decide . So this case is dropped in the interest of Justice .
