No steps is taken by the complainant. O.P no.1 does not file hazira. It is seen from the record that the complainant by filing a petition dated 24.03.15 prays for temporary withdrawal the case. However, there is no provision in the consumer protection act to allow temporary withdrawal. Today is fixed for filing show cause. Since the complainant has not taken steps in previous two occasions. The case is dismissed for default.

that the case No. 141/2014 be and the same is dismissed for default.
