The Complainant is present.  The Opponent counsel is present. The Complainant wants to withdraw the complaint since the matter is amicably settled  between the parties.  The said application is allowed.

Hence  we pass the following order :-

1. The Complainant’s complaint has been withdrawn and closed.

2. No order as to costs.

3. The  Certified copy of this order be furnished to both the parties   free of cost.

     4. The member sets (if any) shall be returned to the complainant. In case, Complainant fails to collect the said sets within a period of 30 days from the receipt of copy of member set, the same may be destroyed.
