               Present: Surender-complainant in person.

              None for OP No.1

              Sh. R.C.Bhardwaj, counsel for Op No.2.

 

ORDER:   

               Parties have compromised. Ld. counsel for the opposite party No.2  as well as complainant have given their statements to this forum. As per this compromise, after depositing mobile hand set alongwith accessory, a sum of Rs.2,000/- shall be paid by the Op No.2  to the complainant, within a period of one month. Both the parties shall be bound by the statements. The complaint of the complainant disposed of accordingly.
