This is an appeal preferred by the complainant against the dismissal of its complaint for default.

The complainant preferred this appeal alleging that on the said day, its counsel was held up in traffic jam and could not attend the Forum when the matter was called and consequently the complaint was dismissed for default.

Evidently, the District Forum

Considering the fact that the learned counsel could not attend the Forum in view of traffic jam, we are of the opinion  Costs paid. 

In the result this appeal is allowed setting aside the order of the District Forum.
