| Final Order / Judgement | Dated:22.12.2017 As per the request of the parties matter is placed before the mediation. Further as per the report of the mediation the matter is amicably settled between the parties with the following conditions: Both the parties to the proceedings agreed that the advance amount of Rs.1,00,000/- and the loan amount of Rs.10,90,000/- in total Rs.11,90,000/- in the custody of O.P.No.1 and O.P.No.1 undertakes to adjust the above said amount towards the sale price of the new vehicle. Further complainant agreed and undertakes to pay the remaining balance amount of Rs.6,10,000/- on or before 31.12.2017 and he will take the delivery of the vehicle. Further O.P.No.1 confirms the total sale consideration for the new Toyota Innova Crysta GX (8S MT) 2017 model. In pursuance of the above settlement report filed by the mediators and the complaint is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. | |
