| Final Order / Judgement | Dated:03.06.2017 CC.No.92/2017 Complainant and O.P along with their respective counsel present. Both the parties have filed the joint memorandum of compromise stating that, they have amicably settled matter and in view of the settlement O.P paid a sum of Rs.1,59,399/- to the complainant by way of DD bearing No.266316 dated 11.05.2017 drawn on HDFC Bank, Chennai. The complainant acknowledges the receipt of the said DD and submitted that he has no grievances or any other claims against the O.P. In pursuance of the said Joint Memorandum of compromise between the parties, the complaint is dismissed as not pressed. | |
