This is a complaint filed U/s.17(1)(a) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying this Commission to allow the complaint directing the Opposite Parties No.1 & 2 to complete the construction of house as promised in the agreement and provide amenities, consequently allow the same said flat by completing in all respects. Alternatively direct the Opposite Parties to pay an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and suffering; to award costs of Rs.50,000/-.
The learned counsel appearing for the Complainant represents and endorses that the Complainant is not intending to pursue the matter. Recorded.
