This complaint is coming on this day for orders in the presence of Sri.M. Sivaji Rao, Advocate, for the complainant, and Sri. C.V. Srinivasulu, Advocate, for the opposite party No.1 and Sri. Y. Sreenivasulu Advocate, for the opposite party No.2 and Sri. D. Narendra Reddy Advocate for the opposite party No.3 and upon perusing the material papers on record, the Forum made the following:-
ORDER

Complainant filed a memo stating that the dispute is settled out of forum and the complaint may be dismissed without costs. It is also stated that as the matter is settled out of Forum between the parties, the Mobile phone deposited in the forum may be returned to the complainant.
In view of the memo filed by the complainant, the complaint is dismissed without costs as settled out of Forum. The complainant is at liberty to receive the mobile phone filed in the forum.
