Adv.Anand S.Pagare is present for the applicant. Adv.S.N.Dhakane is present for both the non applicants. The advocate of applicant submitted that the order passed by this Commission in appeal No. 614/2010 has been set aside in Revision Petition No. 970 Of 2012 by the Hon’ble National Commission. He therefore submitted that the application has became infractous and he may be permitted to withdrawl the same.
