Today is fixed for hearing of the M.A . case No. 23/2024 and W/O, if any.

            Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present.

Ld. Advocate for the OP Nos. 2 & 3   is present. 

The M.A. case is taken up for hearing.

Heard the Ld. Advocates of both sides. No objection is raised from the side of the OPs.

On 11.03.2024 the M.A. case has been filed by the complainant praying for amendment of the cause title of the complainant case, which is formal in nature and if allowed, it will not change the nature and character of the case.

So, the amendment, as sought for, may be allowed.

Hence, the amendment as prayed for is hereby allowed.

M.A. case No. 23/2024 is thus disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
