1. This  Execution  Application is  filed by the petitioner/complainant  filed U/s. 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to initiate necessary proceedings against the respondents/opposite parties for the non-compliance of the common orders dated 27.04.2012 passe4d in CC 57 of 2010 on the file of this Commission and orders dated 08.07.2013 passed in FA No. 385 of 2012 on the file of Hon’ble National Commission, Delhi and punish  them as per the provisions of Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act.
2. Heard the counsel on both sides.

3. The Third respondent Bank ( State Bank of India )  has filed an affidavit stating that the first respondent (M/s. Mayatas Properties Ltd ) has paid an amount of Rs.85,77,391/- on 31.10.2015 towards full and final settlement of the amount payable to the bank in respect of the loan account of the complainant and prayed that, In the circumstances, the Commission may record the closure  of loan account of the complainant. The same is recorded. In the circumstances, E.A. stands terminated.
