1. This  Execution  Application is  filed by the petitioners/complainants  U/s. 27 of the Consumer Protection Act to initiate necessary proceedings against the respondents/opposite parties for non-compliance  of the common orders dated 27.4.2012 passed in CC No. 94 of 2010 on the file of this Commission and orders dated 08.07.2013 passed in FA No 379 of 2012 on the file of the Hon’ble National Commission and punish them as per the provisions of Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act.

2. Heard the counsel on both sides.

3. Counsel for the respondent no.3 Bank filed affidavit along with Joint Memo stating that the entire claim amount of Rs.2,94,723 ( Rupees Two Lakhs Ninety Four Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty Three only)   was paid by the Bank to the complainant towards full and final settlement. Hence the E.A. stands disposed of, i.e., dismissed as withdrawn.
