Perused the complaint petition and reply of O.P. After perusal it reveals that this Commission passed order in C.C. No. 13/2018 dated 13.06.2023. The Complainant filed this complaint instead filing an Execution Case U/S 71 & 72 of the C.P. Act, 2019. The O.Ps have appeared and filed show cause. As already C.C. Case 13/2018 is disposed of in favour of Complainant there is no need to continue this case as a complaint and accordingly it is closed. The Complainant is directed to file an execution petition along with copy of order in C.C. No. 13/2018 and requisite against the O.Ps/J.Dr.
