          This is an application filed U/s.27 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying this Commission to initiate necessary proceedings against the Respondents/Opposite Parties for the non-compliance of the order dt.27.06.2014 passed in CC.No.202 of 2013 on the file of this Hon’ble Commission and punish them as per the provisions of Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

          Both counsel present. Respondent filed a memo stating that Rs.4,16,166/- is deposited by the Petitioner in this Commission and the builder also delivered the possession of the flat. Hence the order has been complied with and the petition is disposed of.

The Petitioners are entitled to receive Rs.4,16,166/- along with accrued interest thereon.
