The complainant was to take steps after the complaint was admitted on 15/05/2019.  Thereafter complainant was absent on 05/03/2020; 24/07/2020; 19/03/2021; 17/08/2021; 11/04/2022; 05/08/2022; 01/12/2022; 22/02/2023; 09/06/2023; 26/10/2023.   Last chance was given to appear on 15/12/2023.  The is absent on 15/12/2023. Hence we pass order.

ORDER

1. For want of presence of complainant the complaint stands dismissed in default.

2. No order as to costs.

3. The certified copy of this order to be furnished to both parties free of cost.

4.  The member sets shall be returned to the complainant. In case the complainant fails to collect the said sets in the 30 days from receipt of copy of order, the same may be destroyed.
