          There is a delay of 7, 439 days as per the complainant to file this complaint. Condonation of inordinate delay is not allowed, as there is no sufficient cause that has prevented the applicant from approaching the Court.  Himanshu Tiwari & ors Vs Arukumar Gabel (Citation: 2023 (4) CPR 84 (NC)).  Therefore this complaint is not admitted.

1. The Complainant’s complaint is not admitted.

2. No order as to costs.

3. The member sets (if any) shall be returned to the complainant. In case, Complainant fails to collect the said sets within a period of 30 days from the receipt of copy of member set, the same may be destroyed.
