Both the side present. Heard. Learned advocate for O.P. No.1 submitted that the vehicle will be repaired within one month of submission of vehicle. The Complainant submitted that within 7 days the vehicle will be handed over to O.P. No.1 for repair with due receipt. After receipt of the vehicle the O.P. No.1 shall repair the vehicle and hand-over with running condition to the Complainant.

With such observation the case is closed.
