Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited, Having it’s branch at Nellore, Represented by it’s Branch Manager, 23-1462, 2nd floor, Aditi Crystal, Dhandayudhapuram, G.T.Road, Nellore.                                                                                           ..…Opposite parties

 

            This complaint filed u/Section-12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 prays to direct the  opposite parties  to pay Rs.3,98,980/- with interest at 12% p.a. to pay damages ofRs.50,000/- and to grant other reliefs.

                                                              .  

            This complaint coming on this day before us for hearing in the presence of                              Sri S. Srinivasa Murthy, advocate for the complainant  and  Sri P.V. Mallikarjuna Reddy,                        advocate for the opposite party No.1 and Sri D. Hanumantha Rao, advocate for the opposite party No.2  and this Forum made the following:

Complainant called absent. No representation. Since several adjournments the complainant is not at all attending the Forum to prosecute   the matter. He is not evincing any interest  in the proceedings, inspite of given ample opportunity.  Even to-day, the matter is posted finally, the complainant not attended to prosecute the matter.  No grounds for adjourning the matter.  Hence, the complaint is dismissed for  non-prosecution.  No costs.
