Complaint was admitted through V/C on 28/09/2020.  The complaint was for next steps to be taken by complainant on 14/06/2021, but was absent and thereafter was absent on all subsequent dates.  The complainant was given last chance to appear on 08/08/2022; 17/10/2022; 28/12/2022; 23/03/2023; 15/06/2023; 03/08/2023 and on 07/12/2023.  Hence we pass order;

ORDER

1. For want of presence of complainant the complaint stands dismissed in default.

2. No order as to costs.

3. The certified copy of this order to be furnished to both parties free of cost.

4.  The member sets shall be returned to the complainant. In case the complainant fails to collect the said sets in the 30 days from receipt of copy of order, the same may be destroyed.
