              This appeal coming up before us on 11.04.2023 for reporting settlement and for filing Joint Memo of Compromise or for arguments and this Commission made the following Order in open court:

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the Counsels for the both parties that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and also, a Memorandum of Compromise has been filed to that effect. 

As per the compromise, the appellants/ opposite parties have paid a sum of Rs.65,000/- to the respondents / complainants towards full and final settlement of all the claims.

Hence, recording the Memorandum of Compromise, this Appeal is disposed off.  The Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of the order.   No costs.

The appellants/ opposite parties is entitled for the mandatory deposit.  Hence, the Registry is directed to discharge the mandatory deposit along with accrued interest in favour of the appellants/ opposite parties.
