1. This  Execution  Application is  filed by the petitioner/complainant  is  filed U/s. 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to initiate proceedings against all respondents/opposite parties  and punish them as per Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act for not complying with the order of the State Commission dated 24.07.2013 in CC No. 61 of 2011.

2. Heard the counsel on both sides.

1. The fourth  respondent Bank ( State Bank of India )  has filed an affidavit stating that the first respondent (M/s. Mayatas Properties Ltd ) has paid an amount of Rs.24,74,942/- ( Rupees Twenty Four Lakhs Seventy Four Thousand Nine Hundred and  Forty Two only ) on 31.10.2015 towards full and final settlement of the amount payable to the bank in respect of the loan account of the complainant and prayed that, In the circumstances, the Commission may record the closure  of loan account of the complainant. The same is recorded. In the circumstances, E.A. stands terminated.
