- This Execution Application is filed by the petitioners/complainants U/s. 27 of the Consumer Protection Act to initiate necessary proceedings against all respondents/opposite parties and punish them as per Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act for not complying with the order of the State Commission dated 24.07.2013 in CC No. 60 of 2011.
- Heard the counsel on both sides.
- Counsel for the respondent no.4 Bank filed affidavit along with Joint Memo stating that the entire claim amount of Rs.7,62,353/- ( Rupees Seven Lakhs Sixty Two Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Three only) was paid by the Bank to the complainants towards full and final settlement. Hence the E.A. stands disposed of, i.e., dismissed as withdrawn.
