             Counsel on both sides present.  The Petitioner / Complainant and the Respondent No.1/Opposite Party No.1 have filed Joint Compromise Memo stating “in the above Execution Application, the parties have reached amicable settlement and as per the settlement, the Complainant has received a sum of Rs.1,19,94,986/-(rupees One Crore Nineteen Lakhs Ninety Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty Six only) vide Cheque Nos.520957, dt.08.09.2017 and Ch.No.520958, dt.08.09.2017, drawn on AXIS Bank, Hyderabad from Opposite Party No.1 towards full and final settlement and acknowledges that there are no further claims against the

Opposite Party No.1.  In view of the said settlement, the Petitioner/Complainant is withdrawing the above Execution Application No.50/2014” and prayed for permission to withdraw the Execution Application.  Permission is accorded.  Memo recorded.

          In the circumstances, E.A. is closed as withdrawn.
