He files memo stating that he is satisfied with the service done to the vehicle, but still there is pickup problem when the vehicle is used in the second gear. In view of this, OP is directed to set it right when the vehicle is left with them for service. It is also brought to the notice of this Forum that an extended warranty up to 80,000 kilo miters to the complainant vehicle is provided and he can make use of the same in case when problems arise in future. Complainant has also submitted that he has received the warranty. In view of the same, this complaint is closed as amicably settled. In view of this both parties are directed to abide by the conditions in the warranty issued afresh.
