On Scrutiny of the records, it appears that on 08.02.2024 the complainant was absent without steps. Again, on 24.10.2024, the complainant was found absent and none appears on behalf of the complainant. Therefore, complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default and date was on 12.11.2024. On 12.11.2024 complainant was also found absent.
Today, the complainant is also absent and no step is taken on her behalf. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint.
