            Complainant has not taken any step. Advocate for O.P. submitted that Arb. Case No. SD-20/SDMY 562 of 2022 dated 11.07.2022 has been passed relating to vehicle OD-23D-6308. Further learned advocate for O.Ps submitted that the vehicle has been sold. As the Complainant has not come to the Commission with clean hand and suppressed material facts, we are not inclined to continue the case further. Accordingly, the case is dismissed.
