          None is present for the appellant and the respondent. Perusal of the record and proceeding of the appeal shows that this Commission issued notice dated 3/10/2015 to the appellant by Registered Post A.D. on 6/10/2015 on his same address given in the appeal memo and acknowledgment is received by this Commission about service of that notice to the appellant. The said acknowledgment is duly signed by the appellant about receipt of the  notice. The appellant failed to appear despite service of that notice on last date and today also. Therefore the appeal deserves to be dismissed in default. Accordingly the appeal is dismissed in default.
