               Complaint filed to direct the opposite parties to pay a compensation of Rs. 3,00,000 /- for the deficiency of the service, etc.  and other reliefs. Today this Commission made the following:-

     No representation for Complainant.  Complainant called absent. First opposite party’s counsel present. First opposite party filed written version. Though sufficient time is granted, the complainant has not filed the proof affidavit.  As such this Commission finds no sufficient reason to extend further time.  Hence, the complainant failed to prove the case with evidence (proof affidavit) and documents (Exhibits). Therefore, the complaint is dismissed for default. No cost.
