The complainants have given the authorization letter to their  father by name N.V. Thyagaraj  to conduct the case on their behalf.  Also the authorized person of complainants filed the memo stating that he will file the matter before the appropriate Forum and hence  prayed to withdraw the complaint with a liberty to file the case before the competent forum. 

In pursuance of the memo the complainant is permitted to withdraw the complaint with a liberty to file before the appropriate forum to redress his grievance.  Hence office is directed to return all the documents filed with the complaint to the complainants.  Accordingly, memo filed by the complainant is hereby allowed.
