Perused the complaint petition and version. The complainant avail loan of Rs.70,00,000/- on 31.05.2015 in the name of Tirupati Seeds Dunguripali and brought the complaint against the O.Ps. for financial and Banking service for aforesaid amount Section 34 of Consumer Protection Act while it came into force on 20.07.2020 the pecuniary jurisdiction of this commission was Rs.1.00 Crore, but subsequently the jurisdiction was amended on 30.12.2021 Notified the pecuniary jurisdiction to decide cases where paid consideration upto Rs.50,00,000/-. Hence we find this Commission has got no jurisdiction to decide the matter Section 34 of Consumer Protection Act, the pecuniary jurisdiction barred the jurisdiction of

this commission. The complainant has liberty to file complaint before the Hon’ble State Commission as the Hon’ble State Commission has jurisdiction above Rs.50.00 Lakhs. Hence the case is dismissed with liberty to file complaint by the complainant to the Hon’ble State Commission.

            Applications pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment. A copy of this judgment be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 1986/2019. The judgment be uploaded forthwith on the website of the commission for perusal of the parties. File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this judgment.
